MY HAVAS!!!!!!

Am finally back to post again...
gosh... i realised im just to awfully lazy to put up the photos.. hahah...

oh wells~...

Anyways.... yesterday i went down to heeren to get 2 pairs of havas! It was so cool!!! my 1st PAIR OF HAVAS!!! started with me and Joy suppposedly supposed to be meeitng at 11.30... we ened up still chatting at 11.30..HAHAS!!! Then we arranged to meet a t 12, sommerset.... I WAS LATE... reached at 12.10.... BUT JOY!!!! that woman.... lols... like came 15 mins aft me!!!hahas... so there u go.. the officially late peeps of the games comm... MUAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

we decided to grab some lunch at cine... THEN.... Joy couldnt make up her mind on where to EAT!!! I wanted food court... but she CLAIMED that there were too many ppl there... RITE JOY??? LOLS....

Anyways ended up eating at some hong kong Restaurant... and Guess who we met there!! CHARMS!!! and a friend.. LOLS!! so we ended up sharing table with them... HAHA!! then miss charmie... decided to not finish her STILL STEAMING HOR FUN because she was full... and she still left sooooooooo many prawns on the plate!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
the prawns died 4 nothing.... T_T
LOLS... well anyways... i helped her tom finish them all... MUAHAHAHAHAHA!!! the prawn stealer... well... its not really stealing if nobody wants it....
HAHAS.. then... because of the prawns...

I COULDNT FINISH MY POOR PLATE OF PEPPER BEEF BAKED RICE!!!!!!!!!!
so i just picked on the cheese and beef.. hahah!!

Then joy and i went over to the heeren... and found this cute pair of purple white havas for nadia... Then i bought one!! hahas!! oh wells~.. my once in a while spending of my own money... hehe...
then got some free tuky tuky or something... looks weird... haha..
aaaaannnnyywayyysss....... We later went all the way down to VIVO... to meet jess and sam!! then joy and i almost got lost... and we couldnt evern see the BnJs that was right in front of us!!! hahasss.. i think we're the BLUR SOTONGS!! WITH SAMBAL!! hahasss..(yummmmm....)
oh wells...
finally we strolled around vivo.. and went to pet safari!! the doggies were soooooooo cute!!!!!!!!!!
so small!!! and furry!! lols...
finally.. managed to make our way back to church office.. was seriously hungry by then... HEH!

When i went to Malacca!! I was practically on the verge of being brain washed by the girls...! started to buy stuff... hahass... OOKAAY... looks like the possibility of them giving me a make over... actually seems closer to a 1... AHHHHHHH!!! i dun wnna! dun wnna! I LIKE MY BAGGY CARGOES!!! BAGGY SHIRTS!!!! AHHHH!!!!

Leadership Retreat 2008

Praise GoD!
His presence was so strong! when Joash and i took turns to lead worship, God just took the lead! and we were all ministered to!
We all learned to claim our destiny, and to have a different spirit. It was great! Like Caleb, b4 the sight of God, he had surrendered his heart Wholly to God.
And we just had so much to learn...
Also did planning 4 Moriah... The nxt year's stuff and all...
So yea!!

we had RnR on Thurs.. and guess what.. Thx to jess, joy, sam and Qi, I started to interested in shopping..HAHAHA!!!
So not mE!!!
so i like bought 2 new pairs of B.U.M shoes... and this really nice shirt!! haha

hahass.. great transformation... LOLS
there were like loads of interesting stories...

ITS SUN-DAY

haha...
today was a fun day... kinda...
woke up today feeling terrible.. cuz was screamed out of bed by dad....
then.. he started nagging.. abt having to pack up my rm.. BLAH BLAH...
then had FANTASTIC lunch...consisted of BAK KUT TEH!!
YAY!!

then went to church... did all the tehnical set up and all...
then when worship started... by the 2nd song JOASH YEO burst my guitar's G-STRING!! T_T

soon after...

THE D-STRING BROKE!!! T_T and i just changed the string the day before.... the 1st time i have ever seen 2 guitar strings snap in one worship.... he ended up having to use his guitar... whose G-string was already broken to start with...
and i ended up having to adjust his guitar's EQ.. cuz it was like totally out... sounded terrible... Praise God... haha... managed to get it all done... *whew*
YAY!! and its now the end of the day...

When TIme Stops

It is said, " time stops for no one".

But havent you ever wished that you could stop time?
hold that second or minute to last forever.

That was the thought in my mind, as i was in the train on the way home.
I stared at the digital clock, 18.38... 18.39
and i saw how it never stopped... the 24 hours a day... the 60 minutes in an hour... the 60 seconds in that minute.. the 100 mili seconds in that second...
It never stopped moving...
I looked at myself through the reflection on the glass door as the crowd dwindled. And i saw myself, clad in deep brown cargoes, topped with a baggy sunny orange t-shirt. My hair hid my left eye and white headphones were plugged into my head. Then... as i approached Bishan, the song that started playing was The Stand, by Hillsong. It started

" You stood before creation
Eternity in your hand
And your spoke the earth into motion
My soul now to stand.
You stood before my failure
Carried the cross for my shame
My sin weighed upon your shoulders
My soul now to stand.

So what could i say?
So what could i do?
But to offer this heart o God
Completely to you..."

Thats when i found myself mesmerised by the blur of the brown and bronze mesh of tracks. I wanted to go on my knees and lift my soul up to God there and then. I opened up my heart... And i saw the awsomeness of God... The green in the grass... The beautiful blend of the skies... Everything made perfect without defection. Like a painter, God painted eveything in its perfectness. The way the water rippled in the resevoir, the way the green of the trees readily accepted the blues of the waters...

The minutest detail was not spared... The way the man swung his tennis racket in the court 1km away... The car driving at a speed of 50km per hour... the lights.. shadows... birds... all so perfectly drawn.. drawn into time... The thing that never stops... Stopped for me there and then...

It was'nt about if man created something that counted time... It was'nt about that clock tickking away... counting the hours in that day...

It was about that awsome presence of God that was in that train... As i worshipped with my heart... within.. i found how to stop time... and before i knew it... i was at khatib... Time didnt stop in reality.. It moved as per normal... It kept counting... But it stopped for me... and started moving for me as i stepped out of that train... Thats when i realised, that time stops, when the Creator stops it in your heart. To spend that time forever in His presence.

As i made that walk home...
the wonderous beauty of the trees and the plants... the people... all perfectly made... passed by... I looked and saw the tall... the short... the plump.. the slim... the man with the wrinkles... the lady with that constant frown... The lady diging her nose... Was all so perfect... All perfectly made in God's image. The absolute beauty. To man... beauty is a false cover... what is beauty? Is it that perfectly fitting nose... the nice soft lips... the almond shaped eyes... and the body figure that causes people to stare?
To God it is all perfect and good... whether the nose is a little too big... or the eyes are too round... or the shape of the body.. all bulging in the wrong places... Its all perfect in God's sight...
Thats when i appreciated that beauty all around me... and i wanted to just lift up my hands... as i was walking back.. Beacuse i was just so awed... by the splendour.. the beauty... time in itself... it was awsome.. And the Maker.. Creator of heaven and earth.. Made it so... Time... Colours... All in His hand... Time... does not exist for Him... For he is everlasting... same yesterday, today... and forever more... He was the God of Abraham, Isaac.. Moses... Joshua...Caleb... The same since the beginning of time... the same forever... The one that stopped time.. for my heart.. that unveiling of beauty...

What an awesome God...

MUAHAHAHAHA.... just thot it was uber funny cuz i dont constantly update my blog and its kinda like all over the place right now.. hehehe...kk... so its all my fault... ill try REAL HARD to update it ok?

ok... so last time i left off... it was late... no... it was the me becoming a fanatic.. which im not OK... haha... i dont mind being a square though...

ok.. so updates..
im shifting house now... so... NAOMI COMES TO YISHUN! haha... i shld put up posters or something... hehe... so.. yea. i Moved to yishun.. St 61... Blk... 64sumething... i cant tell u that... haha... so im still getting used to everything...like.. the only bus that comes is 812... lols... and its pretty cool cuz the house is like UBER big, compared to my previous house. The rm im sharing with my sis is like.. 3 TIMES the size of our previous rm. and all that... so i kinda have space to breathe... 'HU... Xi....HU....Xi....'

still in midst of shifting. so the house is pretty messy... and im dead tired from all the carrying heavy stuff up and down.. and breathing in all the dust... hehe... not to mention that i came down with a flu.. and a fever on Sun><>

PLUS... i still have to work.. its my last week working tho... gtta finish up a project... a CHINESE book review... lols.. for primary sch kids... those who know the standards of my 'CHEENA' will prob be like rolling on the floor with laughter... hehe.. hard to imagine right? me doing a book review book... IN CHINESE... oh wells.... im getting by...

BTW... i got into TP.. temasek poly... business management... for those who are wondering... whoever got into TP.. lemme know KAY??? i feel so lonely... . see? im like the dot..... all alone...kk.. so far frm my friends... this is the stats...
